Pop! out of safety zone is a collection about embracing recovering from the fear with balloons. With the humorous and surreal narrative, each piece of the designs presents the imaginative and interactive ideas between the wearer and the balloon.

 

This project is inspired by my childhood ‘horror’ story of balloon phobia. You may think conversely, most of the children love balloon. However, this project is about to therapy my childhood balloon fear, I am going to apply a lively comedy ‘scene’ for each design and also empathy the audiences as well as the wearers, how your fear can be your friend if you play with your fear?
